California eHealth Collaborative Webinar: Gigi Smith, Deputy Director, Information Management Services Division, California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (CADP)

On Tuesday, March 22, at 1:00 PM, California eHealth Collaborative is delighted to present Gigi Smith,  Deputy Director, Information Management Services Division, at the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (CADP).

Gigi Smith brings two decades of experience in the analysis, development, and management of complex data systems to her current position as Deputy Director, Information Management Services Division, at the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (CADP). As Chief Information Officer of CADP, she plans and directs all data collection and processing activities required for the effective governance of alcohol and other drug programs in California. She provides leadership and guidance in health information technology to fifty-eight counties and more than 1,800 service providers statewide.   She fosters collaboration in her work with federal, state and local governments in a variety of health information technology initiatives.
