VistA Expo 2013

Event Details
October 22, 2013 - 8:00am - October 25, 2013 - 3:00pm

The VISTA Expo & Symposium is an annual conference that provides a unique opportunity for VistA thought leaders, decision-makers, vendors, adopters, and end-users to meet in a professional conference environment. The four-day program features daily keynote addresses on major VistA topics, and a range of panels, presentations and roundtable discussions.

In addition, VISTA Expo is sponsoring a full slate of pre-conference training classes. The eight different classes covering a range of VISTA-related topics will be held at the same venue as the VISTA Expo, in Seattle, Washington, beginning October 18, 2013. The VISTA Expo & Symposium will run from October 22 to 25, 2013.

The VISTA Expo Academy has class offerings appropriate to managers, IT staff, and clinicians. Multi-day classes are offered in VISTA Foundations, GT.M Administration & Operations, EWD, and Intersystems’ DeepSee. One-day classes will be held on separate days for VISTA CPRS and VISTA Clinical Reminders, allowing interested clinicians to attend both. Additional one-day classes offered are Technical VISTA Systems and Introduction to Linux.

Full listings and presenter information for Academy classes can be found at

In addition, the Atlassian User Group (AUG) will be holding their meeting and social hour in conjunction with the VISTA Expo & Symposium. The AUG meeting will be on Wednesday evening, October 23, and local-area AUG members will be able to mingle with Expo attendees during the Wednesday social hour.
