Jeanette Klement, MAEd
Jeanette has more than 22 years of healthcare experience working with the VistA system as nursing automated data processing coordinator, training specialist, and supervisor of the Clinical Application Team implementing Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS). Jeanette has been directly involved for the past seven years in the deployment, configuration, training, and post-deployment support of the commercial VistA system. Jeanette has successfully deployed VistA/CPRS to 22 commercial sites.
Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Information Systems and a Masters of Arts in Education/Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona. Jeanette has served as a part-time Continuing Education instructor at McLennan Community College, Waco, Texas. Jeanette currently resides in the Dallas, Texas area.
Marvin Friedman, PharmD
Marv has over 30 years healthcare experience as a clinical pharmacy resident, clinical pharmacist, pharmacy clinical coordinator, pharmacy automated data processing coordinator, and pharmacy director. Marv has over 20 years experience with the VISTA system specializing in all pharmacy modules and Pharmacy Bar Code Medication Administration. He has been directly involved for the past seven years in the commercial Vista enterprise assessments, configuration, training, deployment, and post-deployment support. Marv has successfully deployed Vista pharmacy to13 sites. Marv has been recognized by all deployment sites for his exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
Marv holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from UCLA, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. Marv has held faculty status of Adjunct Professor of Pharmacy at University of Southern California, and University of the
