The NMSU Library will sponsor four programs from Monday through Oct. 28 to mark Open Access Week. This celebration of new models of scholarly communication and faculty publication offers an opportunity for the academic and research community to learn more about what Open Access (OA) means and its potential benefits. All presentations are free, and open to the public.

All events will be held in the Library Conference Room, Zuhl Library Room 225. Light refreshments will be served. This year's theme, "Set the Default to Open Access," aspires to advance the global conversation and showcase a variety of OA initiatives.
