Cytta Enters Joint Venture With MedFlash® To Integrate Technologies

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Nov 19, 2014) - Cytta Corp. (OTCQB: CYCA) announces they have entered into a General Joint Venture Agreement and Connectyx Technologies Corp., developers of the 'MedFlash Personal Health Manager' ("PHM") www.medflash.com, to fully integrate the CyttaConnect™ remote monitoring ecosystem technology with the MedFlash portal, applications and services. Cytta and Connectyx envision an integrated system that will provide far-reaching leading edge technologies for patients and the global medical community.

A major impetus for the new Joint Venture is to highlight CyttaConnect's unique ability to allow all application and portal developers (i.e. MedFlash®) to market their specialized product(s) alongside with Cytta's open source cellular remote monitoring system. The integrated MedFlash/CyttaConnect system will be marketed by MedFlash to physicians wishing to avail themselves of the new CPT codes (and fees) for remote monitoring of chronic conditions and care by providing leading edge treatment to their patients.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in its 2015 Medicare physician fee schedule has included provisions paying for remote chronic care management using the new CPT (current procedural terminology) code of 99490, with a monthly unadjusted non-facility fee of $42.60. In addition, CPT code 99091 allows providers to be reimbursed by Medicare for remote patient monitoring of chronic conditions through a monthly unadjusted non-facility fee of $56.92. The MedFlash/CyttaConnect integrated system will allow physicians to charge for care using the new billing codes while providing access to care services and remote monitoring for their chronic patients.
