Countermeasure Tracking System (CTS)

Countermeasure Tracking System (CTS), developed and maintained by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), is a program consisting of multiple components to increase the capacity of federal, state, and local public health agencies to track and manage countermeasure inventory and usage during all-hazards events. The major system components include:

Inventory Management (IM) – the IM solution provides project areas with a tool to track medical countermeasure inventory during an event. The solution will track quantities of inventory, monitor reorder thresholds, and facilitate warehouse operations including receiving, staging and storing of inventory.

Communications Portal – The Communications Portal is a content management system that consolidates important event response information in one place ensuring efficient communications during an event. Such information may include but not be limited to: Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and Investigational New Drug (IND) information, lot recalls and other related information and materials.

Countermeasure & Response Administration (CRA) - CRA is an emergency preparedness and response asset useful for any event involving tracking of vaccine administration, dispensing of pharmaceuticals and medical material, or implementation of social distancing measures.
