Mike Suralik is an accomplished information technology professional with experience in project management, business analysis, and application development. As a Senior Project Manager since 2002, Mike has managed HLN projects for the health departments of New York City, Philadelphia, Los Angeles County, Kentucky, and Oklahoma. Mike has lead teams to perform needs assessments, to develop customized software, to modify software developed by other parties, and to provide ongoing support and maintenance of a diverse set of applications, databases, and servers.
Mike has a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with numerous stakeholders to develop web-based, health applications that bring together users from government health organizations and the provider community. His exceptional analytical and problem solving skills enable him to consistently identify project barriers and present solutions. Mike currently leads HLN’s efforts supporting the New York City Citywide Immunization Registry (CIR) and also leads HLN’s Open Source Immunization Calculation Engine (ICE) project.
Mike holds a Masters in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
