How the Open Source Makers Revolution is Continuing…

I’m obviously a big fan of the open source philosophy – in addition to using WordPress as a content platform, I’ve been heavily involved with the Jigoshop open source eCommerce project, worked with Magento for clients including Jigowatt, and take a keen interest in the use of Creative Commons and GPL licensing for content. I’ve also been involved with various other platforms for clients, and tried to get more companies to look at the potential.

But possibly more exciting than open source software and servers are the physical projects and products which are transforming a significant amount of the world already and are poised to make a massive change to all our lives in the future.
