Welcome to the annual Drupal Government Days North America conference. This FREE 2-day event is open to the public. This year, Drupal4Gov is excited to be co-planning with Mil-OSS and we are looking forward to being at the excellent NIH facilities in Bethesda, MD, August 14-15. At this FREE 2-day event, we will have training, Drupal ladder sessions, and some really amazing keynotes. Whether you are a Drupal novice or an expert there will be sessions that meet your needs. Dr. David A. Wheeler is an expert on developing secure software and on open source software. His works include Secure Programming for Linux and Unix HOWTO, Why Open Source Software / Free Software (OSS/FS)?, Look at the Numbers!, and How to Evaluate OSS/FS Programs.

Integrating Tech Collaboration

Lt. Col. Nate Allen At National Defense University’s iCollege, Nate teaches on subjects related to leadership and organizational development.

The Roadmap to Intranet

Jayson Peltzer is a web strategist at the National Defence of Canada who architected and led the first large-scale Intranet system built on Drupal in the Government of Canada. He authored The Intranet Website's Roadmap to Collaboration - a white paper on how to leverage Web 2.0 technology to further the organization's mission. Jayson is founder of U7 Solutions, a website solutions provider for small businesses built on Drupal.Collaboraton.

Future of Drupal

Michael E. Meyers is the Vice President of Large Scale Drupal at Acquia's Office of the CTO. An Emmy nominated technologist and entrepreneur with multiple exits (most recently NowPublic.com) Michael advises several startups including LifeBooker.com, MapBox.com, and Parse.ly, the board of the Drupal Association, and is the former CTO, Examiner.com (a top 50 site).
