ManTech Awarded $20.5 Million To Support AHLTA For The DoD

The TriCare Management Activity (TMA) Contract Operations Division (COD) has awarded Evolvent Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation (NASDAQ: MANT) a contract to provide new development and sustainment support for the AHLTA-Theater application to include code optimization, database conversion, capability and new feature additions, mobile computing enhancements, and code upgrades. The contract has a one-year period of performance plus two option years and has a value of $20.5 million if all options are exercised.

AHLTA-Theater is a clinical documentation and management application that has been developed and is sustained by the Defense Health Information Management System and serves as the military's electronic health record for service members in theater only. AHLTA-Theater maintains a comprehensive, lifelong, computer-based patient record for every soldier, sailor, airman, marine, and beneficiary entitled to Department of Defense military health care while they are in the theater of operations, such as Afghanistan and on ships worldwide.

ManTech supports military medicine throughout the world, through both site personnel and centralized programs for technology infrastructure, application and network management, telemedicine and information security.
